AboutWeavly
Since the debut of the first iPhone, typing on a screen has been such a magical experience. Physical buttons, however important, yield space for buttons that would react and adapt to the screen.
Unfortunately, as time went by and we started spending more and more time on our phones, much of that promise was left unrealized. Most keyboards became a hassle, getting in your way instead of helping you.
As productivity enthusiasts, we knew we needed more. More importantly, we knew more was possible. We wanted to make better use of the incredible devices we carry in our pockets every day. We wanted an experience that would help us communicate, think, create, and get things done wherever we were.
At the same time, the devices themselves became capable of something new. Speech recognition and language models that once needed a data center could now run on the phone in your hand. We saw a chance to bring those capabilities into the keyboard while keeping privacy at the core. Your data is yours. Just yours.
Building Weavly meant obsessing over every detail. From gestures and multilingual support to autocorrection that adapts to how you write, every decision was guided by a simple idea: productivity is about expressing ideas effortlessly.
Technology should work with you, not demand attention from you. It should be there when you need it and invisible when you don’t. It should help you stay in flow, capture ideas when they appear, and focus on what matters instead of the mechanics of getting there.
There has never been a better time to be productive.
Go, you can do it.
